About WM Aquatec
Drinking water does not necessarily mean germ-free water. Even in the UK, according to drinking water regulations, despite very high quality standards, 100 CFU (germ-forming units: bacteria, fungi, yeasts, etc.) are allowed per 1 ml of water in drinking water.
By storing the water in the fresh water tank, in hoses and boilers (stagnation water) as well as influences such as bioavailable nutrients and heat, bacteria & co multiply rapidly.
Also ailing pipes of "water stations" on campsites are, often in connection with inadequate water treatment standards, especially in southern Europe or outside Europe, a problem. Find out more at www.wmaquatec.co.uk
